Tampines Road

This unique corner-terrace site sits significantly below the surrounding road level. After carefully studying its four sides and varying site conditions, we saw an opportunity to transform this constraint into a design advantage. By raising the main living floors above the potential flood level, we can create an additional lower-ground level for entertainment, utilities, storage or a flexible multi-purpose room—adding valuable space while making the house safer and more functional.
