Give us your requirements and the architect provides good design and competitive cost rates — direct from our contractor.
Step (2)
Concept Design After engagement
Further design with all engineering inputs, and government approvals obtained. We continue to improve on cost savings.
Step (3)
Schematic Design & Construction
Construction starts, with architect-led Design & Build ensuring QA/QC on site.
Step (4)
Delivery / Construction / Hand-Over
The architect leads the Design & Build, with QA/QC and project management included.
Local and imported materials, assembled by our in-house team.
