Premium Seafront Condominium
Coral Bay @ Sutera is a landmark luxury oceanfront residential development within the prestigious Sutera Harbour Resort in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Comprising 460 residences across eight 12-storey towers, the development was conceived to capture panoramic views of the South China Sea, surrounding islands, mountains and golf course.
I was personally involved in this project during my tenure as a Director at my previous architectural firm. Covering the conceptual planning of the seafront residences and the integrated design of the architecture, landscape and interiors. The vision was to create a seamless resort-living experience in which the buildings, gardens, waterfront amenities and residential spaces formed one cohesive environment—positioning Coral Bay as one of the most or rather the premium residential developments in East Malaysia.
