Asia Property Award
We won the Asia Property Award !
It is incredibly rewarding to receive one of the two Best Architecture Awards for our project in Hanoi.
When we were commissioned to transform the entire site into a mixed-use development, our ambition was never simply to create a collection of buildings.
We wanted to create an atmosphere — a lifestyle and a place where people genuinely enjoy living.
Our approach brings together architecture, landscape, biophilic design and lighting to create an environment that feels alive. Greenery becomes part of everyday life, carefully designed habitats allow butterflies to move throughout the neighbourhood, and sustainability is considered as an integral part of the development rather than an afterthought.
We believe this project can help rethink how lifestyle living is experienced within larger cluster towns.
Many of the qualities we value at a smaller scale — intimacy, human connection, nature, light and a sense of belonging — can also be created at a much larger, urban scale. The challenge is to retain that human experience even as the development grows.
For us, this is what architecture should ultimately be about: not just designing buildings, but creating places, experiences and communities.
And perhaps most importantly, good design does not have to be expensive. It needs to be thoughtful.
